Privacy policy

This page describes what this website actually does. It is short because the site does very little with your data.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our enquiry forms: your name, your company if you give one, a phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, and the details of the movement or vehicle you are telling us about.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, who host this website, and are forwarded by email to mmmtrailerservice@gmail.com. They are stored in the Netlify account for this site and in that email inbox. They go nowhere else, and we do not sell or share them.

What we use it for

Answering your enquiry, and following up about it. We do not send marketing email.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. There is no advertising tracking on this site, which is why you are not being asked to accept cookies.

The map on our contact page

The Google map on our contact page does not load until you press "Show map". If you press it, your browser connects to Google and Google's own terms apply to that connection. If you never press it, nothing is requested from Google.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful to us for answering you and for our own records. We clear out old submissions periodically.

Asking us to delete your details

Email mmmtrailerservice@gmail.com and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you. You do not need to give a reason.
