Plain terms covering what this website is for and what an enquiry does and does not commit either of us to.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a vehicle or a rate. We will come back to you to confirm availability and commercial terms.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A movement is agreed when we have confirmed it with you directly.

For truck owners

Registering does not guarantee loads. We will contact you when we have work that suits your vehicle and route.

Our own trailers and our transport network

We operate our own 40 ft trailers, and we also coordinate movements using trucks belonging to owners we work with. Where a movement is carried on a vehicle that is not ours, we will tell you so. We do not present other operators' vehicles as our own.

Quotes

Quotes are given per movement on the basis of the information you provide. If the cargo, dimensions, weight, loading arrangements or dates turn out to differ from what was described, the quote may change. Charges such as waiting time, tolls, permits and escorts depend on the job and we will tell you where they apply.

Transit times

Any transit time we give is an estimate. Road conditions, loading delays, permits and checks are outside our control, and we do not guarantee delivery times.

Insurance and liability

Insurance cover for a consignment is agreed per movement. Please raise it with us before loading if cover matters for your cargo — do not assume it from anything on this website.

Permits and documentation

Consignment documentation, including e-way bills where they apply, is normally raised by the consignor. We will tell you what the driver needs to carry. For over-dimensional movements we will advise what permissions are required.

This website

We keep the information here accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can. Photographs show our own vehicles on real jobs and are published as taken. Specifications and capabilities should be confirmed with us for your particular load rather than assumed from a page.
